Ghee 3 Table Spoon
Bay Leaves 2
Cloves 4-5
Turmeric Powder 1/4 Tea Spoon
Salt according to taste
Red Chili Powder 1/4
Black Cardamom 3
Black Pepper 3 or 4
Cinnamon stick 1 inch (optional)
Cumin Seeds one Teaspoon
Chopped big Onion 1
Chopped Carrot 1/2 cup
Chopped Cauliflower 1/2
Cup Green Peas 1/2
Chopped Capsicum
Chopped French Beans 1/2 Cup
Chopped Coriander Leaves 1 Table Spoon
Time to preparations 15 minutes
Time to cook 25 minutes

Instructions
How to make Veg Pulao Recipe
To make veg pulao recipe first of all take half kg Basmati Rice and wash them very well, and soak in water for half an hour.
Now take a pressure cooker put the on gas and on the flame,now add 3 tablespoons of ghee and heat it.
Put one teaspoon Cumin Seeds and fry till it becomes golden brown put bey leaves and fry.
After it add black cardamom cloves black pepper and fry till the aroma comes out.
Now add 15-16 Cashews and fry it now add Chopped Onions and fry till golden brown,
Now add Chopped Tomatoes and cook till it becomes soft
After it add Chopped Vegetables in this mixture and cook for a few minutes. When the vegetables are become soft ,add pre soaked Rice, mix well and add water as required
Now close the cooker with lid and wait for 1 whistle, after 1 whistle of the gass flame and open the cooker after cooling
