Ingredients for Paneer Butter Masala paste
Butter 2 Table spoon
Oil. 2 Table spoon

Ingredients for Curry
Oil 2Table Spoon
Butter 2 Table spoon
Bay leaf 1
1 big fine chopped Onion
1 Chilli (hole)
1/2 Tea Spoon Turmeric powder
1Tsp Chilli Powder
1/4 Tbsp Cumin Powder
3/4Tsp Coriander Powder
Salt according to taste
1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
Water 1 Cup1
Paneer 16 Cubes
2 Table spoon Cream
1 Tsp Kasuri Methi
Fine chopped coriander leaves 2 Table spoon
Time of prepration 10 minutes

Instructions : How to make Paneer Butter Masala paste
Step 1 : First of all to make the gravy base, heat 2 tbsp oil and 2 tbsp butter in a large pan.
Step 3 : Now put 2 chopped onions, 2 cloves of garlic and 1 inch piece of ginger in it and fry till the onions start shrinking a bit.
Step 4 : Now after this add 3 chopped tomatoes, 15_16 cashews and fry for 2 minutes and cover the pan and cook till the tomatoes become soft.
Step 5 : Now cool it completely and make a smooth paste with the help of a blender. Put the curry in a big sieve and filter it, soft and silky, tomato-onion paste is ready. Keep it aside.
How to make Paneer Butter Masala curry
Step 1 : To make Paneer Butter Masala, first of all, put 2 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp butter, 1 bay leaf and 1 chilli in a large pan and fry till a slight aroma of spices comes.
Step 2 : Now put 1 chopped onion in it and fry till the onion turns golden. Now reducing the flame, add ½ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp red chili powder, ¾ tsp coriander powder, ¼ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp garam masala and salt as per taste.
Step 3 : Now fry it till the aroma of spices comes. And keep in mind that the spices do not burn. Add the prepared onion tomato paste and mix well. Cook till the oil separates from the spice paste.
Step 4 : Now add 1 cup of water and cook it well, making the gravy thin or thick according to your taste.
Step 5 : Now add 2 tablespoons of cream and mix it and add paneer cubes and mix it gently with a light hand.
Step 6 : Cook on low heat till the paneer absorbs the flavor of the spices.
Step 7 : Add 1 teaspoon fenugreek leaves and 2 tablespoons finely chopped coriander and mix well.
