Hello friends welcome to my Healthy vegetarian recipes blog today I will talk to you about an amazing most popular healthy and tasty recipe. It is a North Indian breakfast recipe. *Aloo paratha recipe* is a most popular North Indian Punjabi recipe  It is made from wheat flour a favorite breakfast of North Indian people. Stuffed with boiled potatoes are mashed well for the stuffing, spices, oil or ghee and spices.This paratha is one of the popular recipes which is not only very easy to make but also one of the delicious stuffed bread from Indian cuisine. It is usually served with raita and pickle for breakfast and lunch. most Indian peoples are like to eat this recipe very much.




Ingredients


Wheat flour  1 and 1/2 cups

Boiled and piled.mediam aize potatoes    3

Finally chopped 2 mediam size
onions

Table spoon full finally chopped coriander leaves 

 Tea spoon full Lamon juice 

Tea spoon full sugger 

1/4 tea spoon full garam masala

1 tea spoon full red chilli powder

1/2 tea spoon full of fine chopped green chilli

1/ tea spoon full of ajwain 

1/2 tea spoon full of Roasted chumin powder 

1 tea spoon full of greated Ginger

Salt according to taste

Two table spoon full of oil for frying 

Water as your need

Butter and pickle or rayata for serve

Instructions  :


Time of prepration.    15 minutes 
Time of cooking     25 minutes 
Serves    for 2 persons 6 paratha 


  •  Take a cup of wheat flour in a bowl, add 1 tea spoon full of oil and 1/2 tea spoon full of salt  Incrementally add water mix it well and prepare a soft and smooth dough. Grease it with oil and cover it with cleen cotton cloth Now leave it to set for 15/ 20 minutes i8 the room tempratur 






  • Now take boiled potatoes and peele and mash them well in a mediam size bowl, For staffing add red chilli powder, salt, chopped green chilli, roasted chumin powder ajwain garam masala powder,greated Ginger, lemon juice, sugger. Mix property all the ingredients





  • Now divide the dough into 6 equal parts and shape them round balls 

  • now take a ball of dough on the rolling board and press it a little flatten 4/5 inches like a chapatti take a half cup of dry  wheat flour in a small plate fór dusting. Take a dough patti and coat with dry flour (it will prevent by the sticking the dough on rolling board )and put  the one part of stuffing in the senter of dough circle and start pleating

               

  • Now take Wrap up the staffing ball by lifting all the sides of rolled circle twardstop and seal it's edges and carefully give the shape of the bàll again 


  • Now roll this dough slowly with great care, keeping in mind that it does not tear, give it a shape of 6 or 7 inches in diameter like a roti, but do not roll it too thin. 

  • Now heat the griddle and roast it and turn it over and apply ghee and cook it till it becomes golden brown from both the sides and serve hot with raita and pickle.
