Hello friends welcome to my healthy vegetarian recipes blog today in this article I am going to tell about the most popular, everyone's choice, very healthy and delicious a South Indian dish *cheese masala dosa*, This is a South Indian dish but it is popular in all over India even abroad. This recipes made by rice floor white lentils and cheese 

A big iron griddle is used to make this. To make this recipe, the batter of rice and flour, white urad dal is spread on the top of griddle and with the help of butter, it is made crisp. Grated cheese is spread over it. It is then rolled up and served with sambar, red chutney, coconut chutney. Red chutney gives it a tangy flavor. 

This cheese masala dosa is not fried dish.The recipe is very tasty and nutritious, mainly this dish is South Indian, it also comes in the category of very popular fast food street food. Cheese Masala Dosa is spicy in taste, once you eat it, you will want to eat it again and again. Some people make it by filling spices with potato curry, while some people make it without potato curry and eat it with chutney as well.

Ingredients for red chutney

How to make cheese masala dosa recipe at home?

Oil 2 tsp 
Chana dal 2 tbsp 
Garlic cloves 4 
Onion 1 fine chopped 
ginger 1 inch 
dry whole Kashmiri red chillies 3_4
Turmeric ¼ tsp 
Salt according to taste 

Ingrediants for Aloo Bhaji


Oil 2 Tsp 
Big Potatos 2
Mustard seeds. ½ tsp  ▢
Cumin seeds ½ tsp
Urad Daal ¾ tsp 
Chana Daal ¾ tsp
1 pinch of asafoetida  
Some curry leaves 
onion fine chopped ½
Ginger 1 inch fine chopped 
1 Fine chopped Green Chilli 
Salt according to taste 
Turmeric ½ tsp
Water ¼ cup for adjust consistency Fine chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp 
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Butter 4 Tbsp 
Dosa batter 2 Cup      
Mozzarella or Chenddar Cheese ½ cup  

Time to preparations 10 minutes


Time to cook 30 minutes 


Instructions 


At first soak the rice and urad daal for 6 to 8 hours. After it make smooth better with a power full blender and keep aside. 

Red Chutney Recipe : - To make red chutney, first heat two spoons of oil in a pan. 

Then fry 2 tbsp soaked chana dal till it becomes light golden brown 

Now add 4 or 5 cloves of garlic and ginger and sauté a little. 

And in another pan, add onion and fry till it becomes transparent, then add dry red chili, turmeric powder and salt as per taste. Dry red chillies till crispfry it 

Now let this mixture cool down well and after it cools down make a smooth paste by adding water to it with the help of a blender. 

Your red chutney is ready. Keep it aside and prepare to make potato curry. 

Potato Vegetable Recipe

To make potato curry for dosa filling, first of all, put two teaspoons of oil in a pan and heat it. 

Now add a pinch of asafoetida and a little and 

Add roasted cumin seeds and fry them, after that add mustard seeds and fry them till they crackle.
Add urad dal and chana dal and some curry leaves fry it 
 
Now fry onion, ginger and garlic too.

Now add salt, half a teaspoon
turmeric and one or two green chilies as per taste and fry it a little.

Now add pre-boiled and mashed potatoes and cook a little by adding water as needed and let it dry a little.give it.

Now add lemon juice and green coriander, mix well and in this way your potato curry is ready, keep it aside, now prepare to make dosa.

instructions For Cheese Masala Dosa


First of put a big griddle on the gas and heat it 

Sprinkle some drops of water on the griddle and clean it with a peace of cloth or tissue paper. 

Now put a ladle full of dosa on the griddle and spread it thinly while rotating the balls.
And now on top of the dosa after drying from above put 1spoon full butter on it 

After this, add the already prepared red chutney and spread a lot of butter all over the dosa to make the dosa crisp.


When the dosa starts to become crisp, and the bottom of the dosa turns golden brown. put 1 table spoon  full of potato curry on it and grate the cheese and put it on top.

When the cheese starts melting, roll the dosa and serve hot with red chutney and sambar. Otherwise, once the cheese cools down, it will taste rubbery.
