Let's know how to make like the cottage cheese with a mixture of curd and gram flour

    Ingredients

    1 Cup Gram flour
1 Cup Curd    (out of water)
    2 Tea spoon Maida
    1/4Tea spoon Sugar
1 Little Pouch of Milk Powder
    Oil for frying

    Instructions

Take one cup Gram flour (besan) in a bowl add two teaspoon maida, now add 1/4 teaspoon sugar, half cup card at last add a little pouch of  milk powder mix it and make a smooth batter

Now take a large pan pour water in it, and boil it on the high flame.

Now put a big strainer over it, cover it with a thin cloth, now put your prepared batter on this cloth, cover it with a plate and steam it for 15-20 minutes,

Then check it with the help of a toothpick or fork.

Whether the gram flour sticks on it or not, if your tooth pick or fork comes out clean, then your curd gram flour paneer is ready,
