Ingredients


300 gms thick Poha

2  Big sized onions

1/2 cup raw peanuts

2 Big tomatoes. if you like 

2 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp sugar

4 to 5 fine chopped green chilies

10 to 12 leaves curry leaves

3/4 cup green peas

2 medium sized boiled and chopped
 potatoes

1 tsp cumin seeds

1/2 tsp red chili powder

Salt according to taste

Oil as required

1/4 Tea spoon Asafoetida (Hing)

2 table spoon Chopped Coriander leaves 

Instructions 

How to make Poha recipe easily at home ?


 1.  First of all, wash the Poha thoroughly in water and put it in a sieve and drain all the water.

2.  Now heat the oil in a big pan, add Asafoetida and fry it.


3. Now add peanuts in it and fry it well.

4. Now add the.Cury leaves and fine chopped Onion and fry it lightly.

5. Now add chopped Tomatoes and fry it too

6. Now add Turmeric powder, Salt, Red Chilli powder Sugar and and mix it well. 

7. Add boiled chopped Potatoes and green peas it for a little.

8. Now add the poha in it and mix it well.now of the flame and add Lemon juice, and mix it well 

9. Your healthy tasty Poha is ready, now garnish it with Coriander leaves and serve it to your family members and friends.

Do not soak Poha for a longer you can wash poha and through out hole water from it 
You can make it without peanuts or green peas if you don't like.
