You cannot forget it's taste after eating. Me and my family also fan of this recipe, My family keeps asking for me to cook it after a few days. All of North Indian family's are like it very much. I love this recipe becouse I am pure vegetarian and this recipe is full of nutrition which are most important for human body. It's a mixter of so many vegetables like cauliflower, cabbage, carrots, capsicum, friench beans, peas, paneer, tomato's, mashrum etc. You can add or less vegetables as you like to eat. People manly likes to eat this recipe in lunch or dinner. And I am sure you will love making it too! You will win over your family by making this delicious mouth-watering mix veg recipe just once. You can eat it with poori, paratha, roti, or nann etc. It is mentioned here how to cook this recipe step by step.

    Ingredients for Mix Vegetable 


    • 100 gram green peas
    • 100 gram beans 
    • 100 gram cabbage 
    • 100 gram cauliflower 
    •  1 mediam size carrot 
    • 1 mediam size capsicum 
    • 100 gram paneer
    • 100 gram mashrum 
    • 3/4 big tomatos 
    • 4 big onions 
    • 3 green chilli  
    • 2 bey leafs
    •  1 and 1/2 inch peace  Ginger 
    • 2 table spoon vegetable oil 
    • 1-2 pinch of Asafoetida
    • 1/2 tea spoon chumin  
    • 1/2 tea spoon termerik powder   
    • 1 tea spoon full coriander powder 
    • Salt according to taste 
    • 1/2 tea spoon full red chilli powder 
    • 1/4 tea spoon full garam masala powder 
    • 1 table spoon coriander leaves 
    • 2 tea spoon full vinegar 
    • 1/5 soya sauce for inhanse the coulor flawer of mix veg

    How to cook Mix Veg Recipe 


    Wash and cut the vegetables 


    1. Wash all the vegetables well, now cut them into small pieces. And now cut the paneer by 1 cm. Cut it into small cubes
    2 Wash green chilies, tomatoes and ginger and grind them in a mixer.

    3 Now heat oil in a pan. Put cumin and asafoetida in this oil and fry it.

    4. When the cumin seeds are roasted, add chopped onion, garlic, fry them till light pink, now add turmeric powder and coriander powder, as well. 

    5. After that add tomato paste and keep roasting the spices till it becomes grainy.

    Add Vegetables 




    6 .When spices are good fried, put all the chopped vegetables in it, then add salt and red chili powder,, soya sauce, stir with a spoon for 2-3 minutes. Now add one table spoon of water, cover the vegetable and let it cook on low flame for 8- 10  minutes. 

    Cook Vegetables 

    7 . Now open the lid of the vegetable and see whether the vegetable has become soft or not. If you feel that the vegetable still needs more water to cook, add a little water, cover the vegetable again and slow it down. Do not overcook vegetables, as overcooking destroys their nutritional content.

    Let it cook on the low flame for 3-     4 minutes. 

    9 . Now open the lid and see, if the vegetable has become soft, then put paneer pieces in it, green coriander (save a little green coriander to decorate the vegetable from above), add garam masala, and vinegar and mix it well.

    Serving Suggestions

     

    10 .Take it, now the delicious mix veg full of  nutrition and qualities is ready. Now take out this prepared mix veg in another bowl and garnish it with green coriander. Serve this hot yummy mixed veg with naan, roti, parantha, poori or rice and enjoy this delicious dish.
    Note. If you do not like garlic, onion vinegar, and soya sauce then you can skip these things
