1. 1 tbsp Oil
2. 1 tsp Cumin seeds
3. 1 inch Ginger, chopped
4. 2 large Tomatoes, puree
5. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
6. ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
7. 1 tsp Kashmiri mirch powder
8. 1 tsp Coriander powder
9. 2 large Onion, chopped
10. Salt according to taste
11. 1 tsp Ghee or butter
12. 1 large onion pattel's
13. 1 tbsp kadai masala
14. 1 Capsicum, sliced
15. 1 Tomato, sliced
16. 1 tbsp Cream/ optional
17. 250 Gram paneer, cubes
18. 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
19. 2 table spoon Coriander leaves and 3 bey leafs
20. 6_ 8 cashew nuts
How to make Kadhai Paneer?
- Take a pan and heat it on the gass add 1_1/2tea spoon cumin seeds, peppercorns, 2 tea spoon Coriander seeds and 3_4 Kashmiri red chillies. Roast till fragrant and grind coarsely
How to make (Kadhai Paneer) gravy ?
- Put 2 spoons of oil in the pan and fry ginger, garlic and cloves together for a minute.
- Now put a chopped onion in it and fry till it becomes golden
- Then add 6 to 7 cashews and two chopped tomatoes and cook till the tomatoes become soft.
- Now cool it completely and make a smooth paste with the help of a blender.
How to make Kadhai paneer
- Now heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a large pan, now add green chilies, bay leaves and one teaspoon of fenugreek leaves and fry until it leaves the fragrance.
- Now add capsicum cut into paneer size and add onion petals and fry till it shrinks a bit.
- Now add half a teaspoon of red chili powder and quickly, onion and capsicum should remain separate and cook till the aroma of spices comes.
- Now add salt as per your taste and add pre-prepared kadai masala, mix well and cook for 5 to 7 minutes (the masala starts leaving oil)
- Now add tomato paste and mix well
- Now add water as required to make the gravy thin or thick according to your taste and mix well and let it cook for some time.
- Then put paneer cubes in it and cook till the paneer gets the taste of spices.
- Add finely chopped coriander and garam masala and mix,
- now take out this prepared vegetable in a serving bowl and garnish it with cream and proudly serve this delicious and nutritious Kadai Paneer vegetable to your family with naam roti or paratha. how appreciated
