Ingredients 


  • 4  Cup full cream milk 

  • 1  Cup Milk powder 

  • 4  Cup peeled and greated Carrots 

  • 1  Cup Sugar  (or according to taste)

  • 40 to 50 Casew nuts

  • 40 to 50 Almonds

  • 2 Table Spoon Raisin 

  • 1 Tea spoon Cardamom powder 

  • 1Cup Crumbled khoya 

  • 2 Table Spoon Ghee

Instructions 


How to make Gajar ka halwa with khoya and nuts easily at home?



1.  First of all wash the Carrots with clean water and peal them with the help of a peeler and great them with a greater.


2.  Now boil milk in a heavy bottom or non stick pan, and add the greated Carrots to it and cook it on low flame. 

3.  When the milk in the carrot starts drying up, add sugar and Ghee to it and cook it stirring continuously.

4.  Now when the Sugar dissolved, and evaporate all the liquid, then add some chopped and roasted Almonds, Cashew nuts and raisins and mix it well 

5. When the milk and sugar are completely dry, add half of the khoya, milk powder, and cardamom powder to it, and mix it.

6.  Now your healthy and delissios carrot halwa is ready. Now turn off the gas, take it out in a bowl, garnish it with chopped almonds, raisin, cashews and khoya and serve it hot or cold.
