Yes, I am talking about*red sauce pasta*, which is an Italian dish. Originated in Italian cuisine, red sauce pasta has become popular around the world for its rich flavour, Not only adults but even children like this dish very much. Almost everyone in the world is fond of it.

    Red sauce pasta cooked with red juicey tomatoes paste, onions, garlic, fresh herbs and a variety of spices.

For the first time in the 18th century, the sauce made by mixing tomatoes, garlic, onion, various herbs, spices and olive oil became famous in the world as red pasta. In the 1830s, tomato sauce started being added to tomato pasta, from then on red sauce pasta originated. Along with this, red sauce pasta emerged, which is famous all over the world today

 It became a dish served with pride in Italian restaurants and became famous all over the world due to its amazing taste. When Italian immigrants settled in America, red sauce pasta was also available there. There it was started to be served with nonveg items, like chicken, meat, etc. But here I am taking about vegetarian red sauce pasta. Plant based ingredients are used in it to make it vegetarian


  Apart from having a great taste, it can also be made more nutritious by adding vegetables like (carrots, capsicum, beans,Mashrum, sweet corns) etc.You can also make it with just tomatoes, onions, garlic, herbs and spices. Both types of pasta taste delicious. It can be prepared in less than half an hour.  It can be served to lunch and dinner, It can be easily packed in the lunch box as well. Red sauce pasta is also good for children. Not only this, you can also serve this dish to your friends or guests with great enthusiasm, this brings new life to your relationships.  It can be served with grilled sandwich, cheese sandwich, or healthy cheese vegetable salad. Red sauce pasta cooked with red juicey tomatoes paste, onions, garlic, fresh herbs and a variety of spices.

All types of pastas are good . So you can use any type of pasta. But I  always prefer which pastas are made from wheat. Pasta is made in many ways like red sauce pasta, white sauce pasta, chicken pasta etc. but here I will talk about red pasta. It is so easy to cook, but red sauce takes time to prepration, you can make it in large quantitie and store in the refrigerator for the next time use. Ingredients 



Time to prepration 15 minutes 

Time to cook 25 minutes 
  • Pasta 2 Cup
  • Water 7 - 8 Cups
  • Salt according to taste 
  • Oil 2 Table Spoon 
  • Fine chopped Garlic 2 Table Spoon 
  • Fine chopped Onion 1 Cup
  • Tomatoe purie  Cups
  • Red Chilli pieces 1tea spoon 
  • Mixed herbs 1 tea spoon 
  • Black pepper powder 1tea spoon 
  • Tomato sauce. 2 Table Spoon 
  • Cheese for garnishing

Instructions 

 To make red sauce pasta, first of all put water to boil in a large vessel with 1 teaspoon salt.

Now add 2 cups of pasta in this boiling water and cook it. (Y can use any type of pasta)

Now cook it on medium flame for about 10 to 12 minutes

Cook it till it becomes somewhat soft (aldente)

Now save some of the pasta water and keep it aside and strain the rest of the water and throw it away.

Now wash the pasta with cold water , and keep aside 

Instructions 

 To make red sauce pasta, first of all put water to boil in a large vessel with 1 teaspoon salt.

Now add 2 cups of pasta in this boiling water and cook it. (Y can use any type of pasta)

Now cook it on medium flame for about 10 to 12 minutes

Cook it till it becomes somewhat soft (aldente)

Now save some of the pasta water and keep it aside and strain the rest of the water and throw it away.

Now wash the pasta with cold water  and keep aside 

Now heat oil in a non-stick pan, add  fine chopped garlic and fry it lightly

Now add onion and salt and fry it till then it becomes golden brown 

Grind tomatoes well in a mixer grinder and make a puree. Add 2 cups of puree and cook till the raw smell goes away.It will ready in 7 to 8  minutes.

Now add 1 teaspoon dried red chili pieces, mixed herbs, black pepper powder and add tomato sauce to it.(You can add some chopped vegetables like Capsicum, Carrot, Beans, Corns, and Mashrum) and fry till little soft 

Now add the remaining pasta water and make a mixture of it.

After 1 minute of boiling add cooked pasta and mix it well 

When the pasta is well combined, now it is ready to eat, take it out in a bowl, garnish it with cheese and serve hot.
