- Curd. 2 Cup (soure)
- Gram flour 1/2 Cup
- Asafoetida 1 pinch
- Fenugreek seeds 1/2 Tea Spoon
- Mustard seeds 1/2 Teaspoon
- Dry Red Chilli 3 (hole)
- Turmeric powder 1/2 Tea Spoon
- Chopped Green Chilli 1 Tea Spoon
- Ghee 2 Table Spoon
- Red Chili Powder 1 Tea Spoon
- Salt according to taste
- Ginger paste 1 Tea Spoon
- Coriander Seeds 1/2 Tea Spoon
- Chopped Coriander Leaves 2 Tablespoons

How to make Rajasthani Kadhi at home ?
Step 1. To make Rajasthani Kadhi, first take a vessel and beat the curd well with the help of a beater, after that add gram flour and water as per requirement and beat it well once again and be sure that there are no lumps of any kind in the gram flour.
Step 2. After it, turn on the gas and place a pan on it and add two tablespoons of ghee and heat it. When the ghee becomes hot, add a pinch of asafoetida and fry it.
Step 3. Now add 1/2 Tea Spoon Cumin Seeds and fry till it becomes golden brown. Now add Fenugreek Seeds Mustard Seed, Coriander Seeds and fry again.
Step 4. Now put the day hole Red Chili and little fry, then add Ginger paste and fry. Now add Turmeric Powder Red Chili Powder Salt (according to taste).
Step 5. Now add the mixture of Curd and Gram flour, and Chopped Green Chilli, boil it for 10 minutes
Step 6. Now check whether the Gram flour tastes row. If the Gram flour tastes row then let it cook for a few more minutes
Step 7. Now your Rajasthani kadhi is ready, garnish it with fine chopped Green Coriander Leaves and serve it with Roti or Plan Rice.
