Ingredients 

4. big sized potatoes (500 gram)
1. big sized green bellpaper 
1. big sized yellow or red bell pepper  .
2. big Onions 
3 Table Spoon Corn flour 
2 Table Spoon all purpose flour 
7 to 8 garlic cloves 
Little piece of Ginger 
1/2 Cup tomato sauce 
1  Tea spoon cumin seeds 
2. Table spoon Honey
2. Table spoon Red chili powder 
1/2  Black Pepper powder 
Oil  for frying 
Salt according to taste 

Instructions:  

How to make Chilli potato recipe easily at home like restaurant?

Step 1.   To make chilli potato, first of all, wash all of the vegetables in clean water and dry them

Step 2. Now peel the potatoes and cut them in slices like thicker than finger chips, cut the capsicum and onions into slices too, Now chop the garlic finely

Step 3.  Now take a bowl, and put potato slices in the bowl, add chilli powder, corn flour, salt, black pepper powder and mix it well, so that the corn flour and spicesget well coated with the potatoes.

Step 4.  Now take a pan and put oil in it and heat it add potatoes and fry till they become crispy and keep aside.

Step 5.  Now fry cumin seeds, fine chopped garlic until the smell comes out in another pan.


Step 6.  Now add ginger garlic paste, and stire, add sliced onions to it and fry just a minute when it becomes light pink then add capsicum slices and fry, just make sure to remove the raw taste and keep their crunch intact, do not cook them too much 


Step 7.   Now add salt, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, honey, tomato sauce and mix it well and off the gas flame.

Step 8.  Now your super tasty, mouth watering and healthy chilli potato is ready, take it another bowl and garnish with greated paneer and spring onions, serve it hot to enjoy with your family and get a lot of love and compliments
