Ingredients:
1 Cup All purpose flour (130 gram)
80 to 90 gram Caster Sugar
1/4 Cup Curd
liquid yellow food colour
1/4 Cup Milk powder
40 gram Melted Butter (unsalted)
1 Table Spoon Corn flour
1 Cup Cake frosting cream
1/4 Cup water or Milk (room temperature)
1 Tea Spoon Baking powder
1/2 Tea Spoon Baking soda
2 Tea Spoon white Vinegar
1 Pinch of Salt
1 Tea Spoon Vanille
Time to prepration: 15 minutes
Time to bake: 25 minutes
Total time: 40 minutes
Instructions :
How to make*egg free vanilla cake*?
Step 1. To make egg free vanilla cake, take a 7 inch cake tin and grease it well with oil or butter
Step 2. Now preheat a heavy bottom vessel or oven for 10 minutes
Step 3. Now take a bowl and add melted butter, curd, and caster sugar and mix it well
Step 4. Now place a sieve over the bowl, add all purpose flour, milk powder baking soda, baking powder and a pinch of salt
Step. 5. Now sieve these dry ingredients thoroughly as sifting them is very important as sifting makes the batter lighter.
Step 6. Now add milk little by little to it and add vanilla extract and 2/3 drops of liquid yellow food colour, Vinegar and mix it with the help of a spatula or a hand whisker and make a lumps free better. Keep in mind that the cake batter should neither be too thick nor too thin, the batter should be of ribbon consistency
Step 7. Now pour this prepared batter into the greased cake tin and place it in the preheated oven to bake at 160° for 25 minutes
Step 8. Now insert a toothpick in it to check if it comes out clean it means your cake is ready. But if the cake particles are sticking to the toothpick then you need to bake it for 5 to 10 minutes more. When the cake is cooked well, take it out of the oven
Step 9. Now cover it with thin clothe for 1/2 hour for cooling.
Step 10. When the cake cools down, separate the edges of the cake tin with the help of a knife and take out the cake by turning the cake tin upside down
Step 11. Now your egg free vanilla cake is ready to eat, you can eat it as is or with chocolate syrup, or decorate with cream and enjoy this egg free vanilla cake with your kids and other family members

Do not over mix the better
Better should be not so thin or so thick, if the better wil be thin than the cake will be sinc, if the better will be so thick than the cake will be cracked
Cover the cake with aluminium foil to prevent it from browning too much
Make sure your baking powder and baking soda are not too old or outdated
