Ingredients Of Kesar wali kheer
Basmati rice (piece) 100 grams
FullCream 2.5 Kg
Saffron 1 pack (pre-soaked) in milk
Desi ghee 2 tbsp
Sugar 200 grams
Chopped dry fruits 1 cup
Khoya 100 grams (optional)
How to make Kesar wali Kheer
Soak the rice in water for 1 hour
Take a larg pan, on the gass and pour desi ghee and dry fruits in the pan sauté for a few seconds and take them out in the other bowl. Lightly roasting dry fruits enhances their taste

Now pour pre soaked rice in this pan and saute, now pour boiled milk in it. Cook this recipe on low flame.
Cook the kheer on a low flame and keep stirring it in between. Keep in mind that the kheer should not stick to the bottom of the pan, otherwise the taste of your kheer may deteriorate. When the kheer becomes thick. Add dry fruits (keep some dry fruits for garnishing), sugger and saffron (already dissolved) and mix and add khoya and mix well
