  • One and half cup of wheat flour
  • 200 gram paneer
  • One big onion fine chopped
  •  coriander leaves 2 tablespoon
  • Red chilli powder half teaspoon
  • Garam masala office phone
  • 2 fine chopped green chilli
  • 1 tablespoon of mint leaves if you like
  • Half teaspoon carrom seeds (ajwain)
  • 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  • Salt According to your taste
  • 1 table spoon lemon juice
  • Half teaspoon coriander powder
  • Oil or ghee as needed
  • Water as needed

 For make *Stuffed Paneer Paratha Recipe * Paratha Recipe. First of all take wheat flour in a bowl or a large bowl. Pour in and knead well to make a soft dough. Keep it covered for 10 minutes. 



Now grate the cheese, Peel, wash and finely chop the onion, finely chop the green chillies, coriander leaves and mint leaves as well. 

Now put paneer in a big utensil, now add salt, red chili powder, fine chopped green chilies, finely chopped mint and coriander leaves.Add powdered garam masala, lemon juice, celery and roasted cumin powder and mix well.



 Now make a round balls of the dough and keep it on the plate, spread the iron according to the diameter of 4_5 inches, now put some part of the stuffing in the middle and start closing it and seal it well, keep in mind that the paratha will not burst. If you do not get it, now roll it thinly with a light hand, but keep in mind that it should not be too thin. 

 Needed Now turn on the gass and heat the griddle over it, apply a little bit of ghee on the bottom of griddle and put the rolled paratha on it and roast it for 1 minute. Now after to ripen a little from one side, turn the paratha and apply it on it as well, roast it from the other side for 1 minute and turn it over. Cook the parathas by turning them alternately till they turn golden brown, in the same way prepare all the parathas alternately and serve with raita, mint chutney and mango pickle.Serve hot and eat yourself and feed nutritious and delicious Paneer Paratha to your family.
