It is an Indian vegetarian recipe. This recipe made by fermented besan or chickpea flour batter. This recipe is a basically the gujarati cuisine. You can make soft sponje dhokla recipe in just 20 minutes. It is a delicious and healthy recipe, it has rich nutritions of gram flour ( besan ) or chikpea flour and curd. To make Khaman Dhokla by traditional method gram flour and curd balls were left to ferment overnight but nowadays, to make Khaman Dhokla instantly, curd and eno salt are added to gram flour batter and made instantly by this method You can prepare Khaman Dhokla in maximum 20 minutes, To make the dhokla spongy, immediately after mixing the betar with eno put it in a preheated utensil otherwise the dhokla will not become spongy. Dhokla recipe is a combination of sweet, sour and salty taste. It is generally served as a snack but you can serve it as morning breakfast also. If any guest suddenly comes to the house and you want to feed them something homemade, then you can prepare this dhokla for them quickly. This can be a perfect idea for you.

Ingredients
For batter:
1 gram flour1½ cup besan
2 semolina / suji (fine) 3 table spoon
3 ginger paste 1/2 tea spoon
4 green chilli (finely chopped)1
5 sugar 2 tea spoon
6. 1/4 tea spoon termerik powder
7. Salt 1/2 tea spoon
8. Pinch of asafoetida
9. Lamon juice 1 table spoon
10. Water 1 Cup
11. Oil 1 table spoon
12. Eno fruit Salt 1
13। Curd 3/4 cup
for tempering:
oil 3 tea spoon
mustard seeds 1/2 tea spoon
cumin 1/2 tea spoon (jeera)
sesame / til 1 tea spoon
pinch of hing / asafoetida
A few curry leaves
Green chilli (slit) 2
water 1/4
sugar 1 tea spoon
salt 1/4 tea spoon
lemon juice 1 tea spoon
Ingredients for garnishing:
coconut (grated) 2 table spoon
coriander leaves (finely chopped) 2 table spoon
How to make khaman dhokla instantly?
- To make Dhokla, make a solution of gram flour, first of all put one and a half cup of gram flour in the utensil, add 3/4 cup of curd, then add 3 tablespoons of semolina and mix it well and prepare the batter, taking care that lumps do not form in it.
- Now add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, a pinch of asafoetida, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon oil, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste, finely chopped green chilies, and mix well.
- Grease a plate well with ghee or oil Turn the gass on and put three to four cups of water in the cooker and put it on the gass and heat it, when the water starts boiling, then put Eno in the gram flour batter and mix it well, immediately put it in a greased utensil and put it in the cooker and add the lid of the cooker on medium flame. cook it for 15 minutes Open the lid of the cooker after 15 minutes and check your dhokla with the help of a toothpick, if the dhokla sticks to the toothpick then it will have to be cooked for some more time.
- When your dhokla is ready, than cutt it in to equile peaces, pour the oil inside an other pan and heat it. Add a pinch of asafoetida in it and stir put cumin seeds stir till brown. Add mustard seeds and stir the mixture when the mustard seeds began to crackle add green chilli, salt, sugger curry leaves and stir it for 5 to 10 seconds than pour water heat it till boiled
- Now spread this prepared tempering well over the dhokla, now your tasty and nutritious dhokla is ready, keep it in the fridge for some time and let it cool. When it cools down, garnish it with coconut and coriander leaves and serve.

Pre heat the microwave and put utensil of batter in the Oven and cook the dhoka.
