Ingredients


Oil for frying 
Powder Milk  250  Gram  
Wheat flour  5 Tbsp
Sugar  400 Gram 
Water as required 
Cardamons Powder 1 Tea Spoon 
Safron 1 Packet
Pistachio  2 Tbsp 
Rose essence 2_4 Drops 

Instructions 


Time to preparations. 10 minutes
Time to cook  30 minutes
Serving 12 _15 


 Step 1 First of all, put 400 grams of sugar and 400 milliliters of water in a pan, heat it and cook it stirring continuously until the sugar dissolves well in the water. 

Step 2  When the sugar syrup is ready, add two spoons of milk or one spoon of lemon juice to it, all its scum will come up in the form of foam, remove it through a sieve.

Step 3  When the sugar syrup becomes a little sticky, put saffron strands in it and add 2_3 drops of rose essence, it smells like saffron and rose essence is wonderful. Now the sugar syrup is ready keep it aside

Step 4  Take 250 Gram Milk Powder in a bowl and put Wheat flour in it and mix well.
 
Step 5. Now add water in it and knead it, make a soft dough 

Step 6.  Make small round balls of it and fry it on the low flame. (keep in mind that while making round balls, there should not be any crack in it, if there is any crack then your Gulab Jamun will burst.)

Step 7  put your Gulab Jamun in'to the Sugar Syrup. Your super soft and delicious  Gulab Jamuns are ready, serve hot by sprinkling chopped pistachios on them or cool them in the fridge, the eater will not be able to live without praising you.
