250  Gram Green Peace
250  Garam Paneer
2 Tbsp oil
1Pinch of asafoetida
2 Bay leaf Leaves 
2  Big Onions (chopped)
2_3 Green Chilli (chopped)
3 Big Tomatos  (chopped)
3 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste 
1 Tea Spoon Cumin Seeds
1 Tea Spoon Red Chili Powder
1 Tea Spoon Coriander Powder
1/2 Tea Spoon Turmeric Powder 
1/2Tea Spoon Garam Masala
Salt according to taste

*Matar Paneer recipe* 

  • To make Matar Paneer, first of all turn on the gas and take a big pan, heat oil in it, add 1 pinch of asafoetida and fry it for a while.

  • Then put 2 bay leaves in it and fry till the aroma comes and then add onion and fry. 

  • When the onions are fried, add ginger garlic paste to it and fry a little on medium flame. 

  • Now fry the chopped tomatoes in it and also add salt, red chili, turmeric and coriander powder as per taste.fry till time 

  • Now cool it down and make a smooth paste using a blender. 

  • Then heat a little oil in a pan, add a little cumin and fry it, add onion and tomato paste and fry till oil separates well. 

  • When the masala starts leaving oil, add Peas to it and cook for 5 to 7 minutes by adding some water. 

  • Now put Paneer  pieces in it and cook the peas. When the peas are cooked well, turn off the gas,  your delicious and healthy Matar Paneer curry is ready, take it out in a bowl and decorate it with cream and coriander leaves, serve it with roti, paratha puri or rice at lunch or dinner time, and once again win the hearts of your loved ones and get a lot of compliments.
