Hello friends welcome to Healthy Vegetarian recipes blog. Today I will talk about a most popular healthy and delicious *Shahi Paneer Recipe* in easy steps. It is a pure vegetarian recipe. This vegetable is mainly made in lunch and dinner. Although this vegetable is eaten with great interest all over India, but it is more preferred in the families of North India. Shahi paneer vegetable is made from gravy mixed with cashews and cream. Whenever a guest comes to the house or you want to eat something special, you can make it very easily at home. Will not be able to stop without praising you. Friends, this Shahi Paneer vegetable is very much liked from the Mughal period till today. This vegetable is not only royal in name, but in reality this royal vegetable full of qualities and nutritious is the life of special occasions and parties. Any party seems incomplete without this vegetable.

 Ingredients for Shahi Paneer recipe 

  •  500 gram paneer (in peaces)
  •  4 big tomatos 
  •  2 _ green chilli 
  •  1 a peace of ginger (1 inch) 
  • 2  table spoon oil or ghee 
  • 1/2 tea spoon cumin seeds 
  • 1/2 tea spoon termerik powder 
  • 1 tea spoon coriander powder 
  • 1/5 tea spoon Red  chili powder 
  •  25-30 cashews (2 table spoon full)
  • 150 cream or malai 
  • 1/4 garam masala powder 
  • Salt according to taste 
  • 1 table spoon Fine chopped coriander leaves 

Instructions 

How to make Shahi paneer recipe easily at home?

Step 1. Peel and chop the onion, wash and chop the tomato and ginger and grind them well to make a fine paste. 

Step 2. Clean and finely chop green chilies and coriander leaves

Step 3. Soak cashews in water at least 1/2 hour before and make a paste of it too. 

Step 4. Cut paneer into square pieces. 


Step 5. Put oil or desi ghee in a non stick pan or pan turn the gass on and heat it and add cumin seeds. Fry until it turns brown, 



Step 6. Now add onion, tomato and ginger paste and fry well for some time, then add turmeric powder and coriander powder and fry lightly.


Step 7. Now add cashew paste and cook till it is cooked. That ghee started appearing floating on top of the spices. Add cream to it as well (save a little cream to garnish) Now make the gravy according to your own taste or make it thinner as per requirement.Add milk or water accordingly.

 Step 8. Remember  if you are using milk then keep the gas on high flame and stir well Otherwise you will complain that milk curdles in our recipe.

Step 9. Now put paneer in it and cook for 3-4 minutes till the spices are cooked in the paneer. Your Shahi Paneer recipe is ready, take it off the gas and mix red chillies and garam masala and stir. Now take out your prepared vegetable in a serving bowl and garnish it with coriander leaves and cream and serve roti, naan,Serve hot with paratha, poori or boiled rice, enjoy the delicious shahi paneer sabzi, and garner lots of compliments and love from your near and dear ones. 

Suggestion:  If you do not like onion and garlic, then you can also skip these things, I sometimes make it without garlic and onion, even then there is no decrease in its taste. Now you can add all the other ingredients mentioned above. Make your own Shahi Paneer curry by adding it in sequence Can.
