Hello friends welcome to  Healthy Vegetarian Recipes blog. In today's article I am going to talk about *Paneer tikka recipe* Paneer tikka is a most popular famous snack for Indian parties it is a very delicious and interesting dry dish. Made by curd based spicy marinated paneer cubes. Paneer Tikka is a spicy vegetarian Indian dish grilled, baked or fried. This can be made in many ways. I am going to tell many ways to make it from here, by which you can easily make it at your home. And enjoy it. Usually it is made by grilling it in the oven by putting it in the skewers. Even if you don't have an oven. Even then there is nothing to worry even you can easily make it at home. ThisYou can use a griddle to make it. Or you can also make it directly using gas flame .The cheese that is used to make this. There should be absolutely no water in it because it is a completely dry dish.To increase its taste and quality, vegetables are also added to it like tomato, onion, capsicum, broccoli etc. These vegetables drain the nutrition out of it. It is marinated with curd and a mixture of spices and cooked till it becomes crisp. To add smokey flavor to it, keep it in a file paper and thenBy placing a piece of burning charcoal in the file, it is covered for a few minutes. And then later it is made by grilling, baking or frying. In fact, to make restaurant style paneer tikka, it is better to grill it in a tandoor or oven. Dish is famous all over India.

Ingredients for marinade


1 Hung curd (home made) 250 gram 

2 Red chili powder 1_1/2 tea spoon

3 Salt according to taste

4 Kashmiri Red chili powder 2 table spoon

5 Kasuri methi 2 table spoon

6 termerik powder 1/4 tea spoon

7 coriander powder 2 tea spoon

8 Ginger garlic paste 3 tea spoon

9 chat masala 2 tea spoon

10 Carom seeds (ajwain _ optional)1_ 1/2 tea spoon

11 Garam masala powder 1 tea spoon (optional )

12 lemon juice 2 table spoon

13 Butter 2 table spoon 

14 Roasted cumin powder 

Ingredients for Tikka 

Fresh home made Paneer 500 gram

Onion 2 big size 

Tomatos 2 big size

Coulored bell pepper 1

Broccoli 200 garm

Green Bell Paper 1


How to make paneer tikka recipe 

 Cutt the Paneer in  1_1/2 inch peaces and cutt all vegetables in same big peaces.

Take a larg sized bowl and put melted butter add 2 table spoon kashmiri mirch powder, (Kashmiri chili is used to enhance the color of any dish. You can also add a few strands of saffron dissolved in milk instead.) termerik powder and mix well. Now add Red chilli powder, salt, garam masala, roasted cumin powder, chat masala, ginger garlic paste, carom seeds, coriander powder, kasuri methi, lemon juice. At last add hung curd in it and mix properly. Now your marinade is ready

Add Paneer, onion, tomatoes, bell peppers and broccoli also. Mix care fully so that the Pneer (cheese) doesn't break 

Now you keep it in the fridge for 2 hours, after 2 hours take it out from the fridge, to give it a smoky flavor, take a piece of file paper and put a piece of charcoal on it, immediately put oil on it and cover it for 5 minutes. shut down for 7 minutes Now remove the lid and mix it again and first put onion, capsicum, tomato paneer and broccoli in the grilling sticks one after the other and heat the non-stick griddle with  Grease it well with oil,or ghee then put the paneer tikka stics in it and cook it till it turns light brown from all sides, turning it repeatedly.   

To cook in the oven, preheat the oven to 240 degree Celsius or 464 degree Fahrenheit temperature, put the stick in it and fry till it becomes slightly crisp. Preheat the oven and put the sticks in it and cook till it turns brown.

Now your very tasty and nutritious paneer tikka is ready. Serve it hot with coriander or mint chutney. Enjoy this wonderful delicious dish and loot the accolades.Enchant the hearts of the eaters
