  1/2 litre Milk (500 m.l.)
  coconut flakes 500 gram 
  Sugar 400 gram
  Rose essence 1 Tea spoon
  Dry Rose Pattel's Yellow food            coulor 1/4 Tea spoon (0ptional)
  Ghee 1 Tbsp 

Ingredients 

 
  1/2 litre Milk (500 m.l.)
  coconut flakes 500 gram 
  Sugar 400 gram
  Rose essence 1 Tea spoon
  Dry Rose Pattel's Yellow food            coulor 1/4 Tea spoon (0ptional)
  Ghee 1 Tbsp 

Instructions 

1  To make delicious coconut barfi, first pour full cream milk in a vessel and boil it on low heat till it reduces to half. 
2  Then add 400 grams of sugar and mix it. 
3  When the color of the milk starts changing, add half a kilo of coconut powder and cook it on low flame. 4  Now add half teaspoon rose essence to it and mix it well. 
5  Now put one big spoon of desi ghee in it and cook for 2 minutes. 6  Now Grease a tray well with ghee 7  After this, turn the coconut barfi in that tray and keep it to set for 2 hours. 
8  When the barfi is set, decorate it by putting small pieces of rose petals and cut the barfi into square pieces, if you want, you can also decorate it with silver work.
